    Where and how do I get the personal customs code used for overseas direct purchase orders?
    The personal customs clearance code is a 13-digit sign used instead of the resident registration number to prevent personal information from leaking when reporting the import of personal items.
    This is a unique number for personal identification and will be granted immediately upon application by the Customs Service system.
    You can use the sign you have been granted once over and over again.
    If the 'buyer' and 'receiver' are different when ordering, the personal customs clearance code must be entered as the information of the 'receiver'.

    What is the customs clearance procedure?

    What is the standard for adding tariffs?
    Customs clearance will be subject to a customs tax if the 'total purchase amount of overseas goods' entered at the same time exceeds $150 ($).
    Customs and VAT will be incurred on the basis of port entry (domestic arrival date) rather than order date, so there is a possibility that the purchase amount will be combined if multiple orders under the name of one consignee are cleared on the same day.

    Can I purchase products by overseas purchase agency without entering personal customs clearance code?
    You can purchase products by overseas purchase agency without entering your own customs code.
    However, if you need to authenticate yourself during the import clearance process, the customs office will contact you. Accurate 'Name of Recipient' and 'Personal Information of Recipient' to Customs Office
    (Select 1 out of personal customs clearance code, resident registration number, and passport number) If you submit your own certification, normal customs clearance will proceed.

    Depending on the delivery method and country, the refund period may vary slightly.

    If you exchange/return a product due to a defect or misdelivery, the shipping cost will be borne by your partner or Birex Mall. 
    You will be charged if you apply for an exchange/return based on your input errors and subjective complaints (size, color, material, etc.).

    If you receive the return of the delivered product, the partner company will collect the package.

    If the product is out of stock after receiving the exchange, we will refund the product amount after returning the recovered product.
    The exchange fee enclosed for the exchange will be treated as a return fee and the product will be refunded in full.
